Since Integrated Research began in 1988, PROGNOSIS software has been providing real-time, fault-tolerant management solutions for the business-critical computer systems that have evolved into what is known as HP NonStop server technology.

In the late 90s PROGNOSIS evolved to apply its renowned deep diagnostics and reporting capabilities to Windows, UNIX, and Linux platforms server environments.

Since then, PROGNOSIS has become the leading monitoring solution for Cisco Unified IP Communications technology, enabling large enterprise customers and managed service providers to optimize call quality and service reliability for their Voice over IP (VoIP) and IP telephony deployments. Today, the company is driving new initiatives to further extend PROGNOSIS to provide this same “best-in-class” solution to other key IP communications vendor technology such as Avaya, Alcatel and Nortel.

PROGNOSIS is sold and supported through Integrated Research offices, resellers, and managed service providers. Integrated Research’s corporate headquarters is located in Sydney, Australia. Offices can also be found in the United Kingdom, Germany and the United States.
